Need to unplug from the chaos of life for a day? Embark on a daytime adventure to Tellico lake, just a gorgeous fifty minute drive from downtown  Knoxville for a day of creativity, good food, and relaxation.  We will begin the day with yoga (all skill  levels welcome) followed by brunch by Potluck (all dietary styles welcome). From there, we will lead you through a day designed  to help you unplug and be present, featuring an etherial  sound bath, guided meditation, guided kayak adventure, chair massage, and a watercolor class with the lovely Caroline of Gumption Watercolor. You will have free time to explore this serene get away on your own as well. The day will be rounded out with a scrumptious early dinner by Potluck. We hope you will join us in what we hope is just what you need to check back in with yourself and other likeminded folks seeking inner peace.
